Do you know those drapes that define a theatre? Or the scenic fabrics that create a mood on stage? That's what we do and so much more. Event decoration, trade show displays, fabric reveal systems…? Yup, that too.

As a worldwide leader in inventing, producing and installing highly innovative, flame-retardant textiles and suspension systems, we gladly spend our days tackling the most creative challenges in set building, stage and stand design. You can find ShowTex offices in Europe, the Middle East, North America, South Africa, Asia and Australia,  but your home base will be in Nashville, United States.


NOW HERE'S YOUR DREAM JOB

As Technical Coordinator, you are the technical backbone of The Reveal Company in the US. You will be based in our Nashville warehouse and take full responsibility for our reveal inventory, while also supporting on-site installations across the country.
Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining The Reveal Company inventory in our Nashville warehouse
  • Ensuring all reveal systems are properly stored, inspected, serviced, and ready for use
  • Preparing projects in the warehouse:
    • Pre-assembly
    • Configuration
    • Functional testing
  • Packing and preparing equipment for shipment to job sites
  • Supporting and executing on-site installations and de-installations across the US (minimum 5-7 days per month)
  • Performing technical testing and troubleshooting on location
  • Working hands-on with our reveal products, including:
    • HiSpeed Reveal
    • AutoReveal systems
    • Kabuki reveal systems
    • Custom reveal solutions
  • Collaborating closely with project management, sales, and engineering teams

CURIOUS HOW WE SEE YOU?

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

  • You have a strong technical background and enjoy hands-on work
  • Experience with stage technology, automation, rigging, AV, or live events is a strong advantage
  • You are organised and take ownership of tools, equipment, and processes
  • You are comfortable working both in a warehouse and on live show sites
  • You are willing and able to travel across the US for installations
  • You work safely, accurately, and independently
  • You enjoy being part of a growing team and building something new

  • Great communication and organisational talent
  • Quality-oriented problem-solver, who is resourceful and fast-paced.
  • You maintain an optimistic and hands-on mentality, even in stressful situations.
  • Able to organise your work autonomously and coordinate, meeting set deadlines
  • Capable of basic administrative work
  • Driven, eager to learn and ready to share knowledge
