ARE YOU OUR NEW ADMIN ASSISTANT?
Procurement & Material Management:
- Sourcing & Purchasing: Execute the procurement process for office supplies and production materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Vendor Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with suppliers; conduct price comparisons and evaluate vendor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits to ensure essential materials are always available to support the production team.
- Logistics Arrangement: Coordinate delivery and collection schedules with internal teams and external parties; prepare shipping documentation and track shipment status to ensure timely and accurate handling.
General Administrative Support:
- Office Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment.
- Data & System Management: Maintain accurate records in our internal systems (ERP) and handle document filing with high attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Provide administrative assistance to various departments and support ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Degree holder with at least 1 years of relevant experience in administration, logistic or procurement.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English to maintain daily business communication
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central) is a significant advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent organizational skills with a "Right First Time" mindset. You should be detail-oriented, logical in problem-solving, and able to work independently.
