A total of 1500 m velvet drapes by ShowTex lined the catwalks during Paris fashion week.
Jean Paul Gaultier's final collection at Hermès after a 7 year partnership captured the brand's identity and the designer's dramatic flair. The catwalk opened in front of a paddock full of dressage horses being put through their handsome paces under a ceiling full of glass chandeliers - a show that continued in the background throughout the runway show. The heavy-weight luxurious velour curtains were right at home in this classically distinguished environment.
