As a global leader in inventing, developing and installing highly innovative, flame-retardant textiles and suspension systems, we spend our days tackling the most creative challenges in set building, stage and stand design. You can find ShowTex offices in Europe, the Middle East, North America, South Africa, Asia and Australia, but your home base, our head office is located in Burcht, near Antwerp.
An eye for detail and a knack for organisation? Check! You thrive on creating structure and excel at supporting your team with a variety of administrative tasks. From preparing documents for translators and managing multilingual content to updating websites, adjusting information in the CRM system, spotting irregularities, and following up on accounting, you're the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your greatest satisfaction comes from helping others, and trust us, your teammates will be thrilled to have you on board!
As a valuable member of the ShowTex marketing team, you take on an operational role in a creative team. Because there is quite some back office to be managed. But there can be more: are you intrigued by graphic design or copywriting? Nice! Maybe we can teach you some tips and tricks so you can assist us with a few more creative tasks as well. A nice change from the organisational part of your job.
TRAINING AND EXPERTISE
Thanks to your interest in marketing and work experience, you know that deadlines can be short, but that efficiency and clear communication take you a long way. That’s why you speak and write Dutch and English flawlessly. Your team is spread internationally, and you thrive when you can help them out.
Technology doesn’t scare you. Learning new software tools, updating websites, diving into the possibilities of a CRM system… You love it. And when you’re stuck, there’s always Google or AI, right?
How to completely overwhelm us? The magic words are Hubspot and Indesign!
